From March 16th to 18th, 2023, Yamagin had the opportunity to be involved in a major event, proudly showcasing ZERO-TEX®. That event was none other than the renowned Tokyo Collection “Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo 2023AW,” often referred to as one of the world’s top five fashion collection events!
Event Objective:
Since 2020, Yamagin has been actively addressing various environmental issues through ZERO-TEX®. As part of our ongoing efforts, this event aims to focus on the future leaders of the fashion industry, inspiring them to deepen their understanding of true sustainability. We hope to foster individuals who will lead the future of the fashion, apparel, and textile industries. With a passionate desire to make a difference, we are dedicated to supporting and empowering these individuals.
Throughout the three-day event, we were honored to have the following individuals participate: Yuko Watanabe, President and Representative Director of OPA Co., Ltd.; artist Sho Konishi; Professor Yoko Katz from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York; FIT students Tomoko Ikegami, Yuri Ikeda, and Risa Furutsuki; Vice Chairman Sayaka Ueno from Ueno Dental Clinic; and stylist Makoto Fukuda. Their presence added great value to the event.
Thanks to everyone’s support, every day of the event was a resounding success and it received significant media coverage.
