The Current State of Sustainable Materials
At the heart of our booth, we are communicating the philosophy behind the sustainable materials that ZERO-TEX® is actively developing.
We are introducing a collection of materials that address environmental concerns from various perspectives, including CO₂-DERIVED Fabric, GARMENT RECYCLED Fabric, and LOW-CARBON Fabric.
Rather than simply claiming to be "eco-friendly," we demonstrate implementable sustainability by consistently managing the process from material development to product proposal.
We want to foster sustainable materials not as something special, but as the standard for the future.
The Challenge of Making Yarn from CO₂
A particular highlight of this exhibition is our development of yarn made from CO₂.
By rethinking carbon dioxide as a raw material, we are turning it into yarn, then fabric, and finally products. This concept serves as a quiet declaration of our commitment to the future of manufacturing.
Because this is a field that is not yet fully understood, ZERO-TEX® is taking the opportunity at this exhibition to carefully explain it through real, tangible examples.
Beach Resort Series — Airy and Expansive Expressions
In the Beach Resort Series, we have developed bright, open print designs centered on opaque white fabrics.
While capturing the scenery and light, breezy atmosphere of a resort, the base remains the high-performance material unique to ZERO-TEX®.
By combining beautiful color vibrancy with water repellency and comfort, we have created a proposal that goes beyond mere aesthetic appeal.
Mountain Resort Series — Functionality within a Calm Composure
For the Mountain Resort Series, we applied botanical and nature-inspired prints to the same white-based, opaque material to express a tranquil worldview.
The appeal of this series lies in its ability to offer water repellency and practicality while maintaining a quiet color palette and delicate patterns.
Instead of choosing between decoration and functionality, this series is capturing the interest of visitors as a proposal that naturally harmonizes both.
The Expansion of High-Performance Products
Beyond just materials, the expansion into finished products is another highlight of this exhibition.
At the venue, we are introducing items that allow visitors to experience the functionality of ZERO-TEX®, such as high-performance waterproof sneakers that stay dry and breathable, and amphibious rash guards.
By showing these as concrete products rather than speaking about the appeal of the fabric in the abstract, we are more clearly communicating how they can be utilized in daily life, leisure, and urban settings.
